Gavin Reynolds is an experienced fourth-generation Waikato farmer, and great-great-nephew of Henry Reynolds, who founded the Anchor brand. Gavin spent over 20 years running his own farms as well as managing other people's. He has been dealing with animals all his life and is passionate about animal health and welfare.

Gavin's agricultural skills include drystock farming, experience with breeding cows, bull farming, heifer grazing, calf rearing, sheep farming and lamb finishing and all aspects of horse management. He is an experienced fencer, has project-managed many farm infrastructure and maintenance projects including yards, tracks, water systems/troughs and sheds.

Gavin has a network of reliable, quality contractors who provide equipment and supplies for all aspects of farm management and maintenance.
